In 2017, Gracie weighed 270lbs as a model but has undergone extensive surgery for her figure since then. She first received liposuction in 2018 and dropped over 100lbs. She also has had numerous butt lift surgeries to keep her curvy figure while having a much smaller waist. She has had work done on her face and lips while also having two breast implant surgeries. The first one was to firm up her breasts after her dramatic weight loss. The second was to go from a C cup to D cup. Despite her recorded liposuction to achieve a larger bottom-to-top ratio, as well as other aforementioned surgeries, she claims to have a condition called Lipedema in a bid to convince her followers that her body is natural. In 2024, she made a TikTok video complaining she needs to buy two seats for her butt and that planes should make more room for bigger people like herself. As of March 2026, Gracie has amassed 11.9 million followers on Instagram and 110,000 subscribers on her YouTube platform.
